BE CREATIVE AT YOUR LIBRARY

FORT BRAGG, N.C. - At the end of each school year, students are encouraged to continue to read throughout the summer months.  Fort Bragg's John L. Throckmorton Library makes it a little bit easier with the return of its Annual Summer Reading Program June 17 to July 29.

Children and their parents are invited to attend this enjoyable six week odyssey into the arts.  With a special emphasis on art, music, drama, poetry and dance, the program will feature storytelling, crafts, games and special guests.  Children are encouraged to tap into their own creativity through reading.  Registration for the Summer Reading Program is free.

Along with the children's program, the Library will host its first Adult Summer Reading Program.  Registration is limited to the first fifty adults.  The Adult Summer Reading Program is eight weeks long with a requirement to read a minimum of four books from the library's vast collection.

For more information or to register for either Summer Reading Program, please call 396-BOOK.
