2009 Venza Ride and Drive: Report Home
As promised, I am about to spill the details on Toyota’s latest, the 2009 Venza – the way it drives, rides, looks and feels. Several Toyota sales representatives had the opportunity to attend a “Venza Ride and Drive”, where we obtained vast amounts of knowledge pertaining to the Venza. Aside from only gaining new insight, we also gained experience… through test drives, rides, and good, old-fashioned sitting and exploring the inside (and outside) of the car. And it’s just that – a “car”! Not an SUV, a crossover or station wagon, but a “car with surprising utility”.
The Venza’s aggressive, wide stance enhances the overall performance of the car. With a beautiful balance of agility and stability, the Venza creates a superior driving experience. It’s powerful, yet opulent ride makes you want to keep driving (…road trip!). All the gages are in a comfortable, convenient location, are well lit, and both the driver’s seat and the steering wheel adjust for a tailored feel. The ONLY disappointment I had with the test drive of the Venza was how quickly it went by – but then again, with how spunky the Venza is, things are bound to fly by… even time!

Comfort and convenience, for drivers and passengers alike, proves to be one of the highlights of the 2009 Venza. With equal access to the instrument panel in the front, a generous amount of leg room all around, the latest technology, trendy appearance, and my favorite, substantial storage space! I am not going to bog you down right now with all the in-depth details – I’ll save those for tomorrow!
