Drew is the man!

Drew is the man! Love the truck and down to earth individual determination to find all answers to every question and have the best interest of the company, Toyota, and the purchaser in mind. His continued follow up and perseverance to prove he was capable of providing a vehicle for me was and is greatly appreciated. Drew is an employee of value by knowing and allowing us space to shop, but provide alternatives no matter new or used vehicles to help suite the needs of me, the consumer. Tremendous efforts by the entire staff to include Charlotte answering the phone and able to answer the questions but provide some feedback of current vehicle offerings and deals at the current time. Thanks again for making me a satisfied client.

Sincerely,

Boyce Pate

Great Job Drew!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Subject: RE: How was your visit

Date: 8/25/2010 5:30 PM

My visit was amazing. My salesman was Michael Hampton, and he was beyond helpful and nice. The guy was exceptional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions. I met with a bunch of people, one of whom was the sales manager, and all of them were very nice and professional. There was a lady who went over the car features with me, and she was great. She showed me everything about the car keys, the features, where to go for tune-ups and repairs, everything, and she was so sweet and helpful. I have to tell you that I originally went to the Honda dealership on Raeford Road because I was thinking of getting a Civic, and the people there were TERRIBLE to me. The sales rep there came outside and she could not have cared less about me. She handed me keys to a car and WENT BACK INSIDE, not returning once to see about me. I don't know if it was because I look young or what (Michael thought I was 18 when I'm pushing 25), but I could have just driven the car right off the lot, and she wouldn't have known. She didn't even look out the window at me to see how I was doing. If you aren't going to treat me like a valued customer, you're not getting my money, so I left and came to your dealership. Thank God I did. Michael was the nicest car salesman I've ever met, and I've met a few. He's a total pro, and he went above and beyond, not only to sell me the car, but to treat me like a valued customer. I'd absolutely recommend your dealership, and Michael in particular, to all of my friends. Matter of fact, I already have, when my friends saw my car and how happy I was with it. You should be very proud of your team. It's the best dealership in the city by a mile. I love you guys!

I LOVE my new Corolla, by the way. It's wonderful, and I feel like I'm cruising in a luxury car when I drive it.

Please make sure to tell Michael that I said thank you again.

Seven important tips to tackle post-accident negotiations

Everyone loves a good ride and does their best to drive responsibly and defensively. But there can be a time when one may get involved in an accident. We would like to suggest you take a few steps that can make all the difference for you, your family or friends who are involved in an accident and need help. Rick Hendrick Toyota, your local Toyota car dealer in Fayetteville, NC is happy to provide you with some tips to tackle post-accident negotiations. Here are some steps to be taken in the event of an accident that will help you resolve the incident without the possibility of future repercussions and provide you with a smooth insurance and repair process.

1. Be Prepared

Make sure you have your insurance information -- name of provider, policy number and phone number and keep in both your wallet and your glove compartment. It is recommended to always carry a disposable camera or use your Camera phone. Also have a pen and paper in your car at all times.

2. Check for Injuries

Before you even look at the damage done to your car, check yourself, co-passengers, and the individual(s) in the other vehicle for injuries. If there are injuries that need medical attention, call 911.

3. Call the Police

Experts advise that in any accident you should call the police. Even if the other person says, “I'll take care of you; I've got a brother-in-law with a body shop that can fix your car”, you still want to call, a police report will provide an official record of the accident. If you're on an interstate highway, call county or state law enforcement. Be sure you get the police report.

4. Gather info

Be sure to get the name, contact information, and insurance information of the other driver. Take photos of surrounding area, traffic signs lane markings and the damage to vehicles involved. Also write down the details of the accident.

5. Don't admit guilt

Even if the accident was your fault, simply collect contact information from the other drivers and do not confess to anything until you speak with your insurance company.

6. Call insurance company

Contact your insurance provider about the accident and provide all details regarding it.

7. Keep track of repairs

You don't have to leave it all to your insurance company. Request that your vehicle be taken to your Rick Hendrick Toyota Collision Center for the repairs. Make sure you have the right to have original manufacturer parts put in. See more information about our Collision Center on our website, or schedule your repairs directly on line.
